Original Artwork

Each original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Please allow 5–7 days for delivery within the UK, as every artwork is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged in any way, please photograph the damage and email it to info@RebeccaRitchie.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery so I can arrange a replacement or, in the case of an original piece, discuss an alternative resolution. Issues reported after 24 hours may not be possible to resolve.

Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

Fine Art Prints

All prints are made to order and cannot be returned. Please allow 7–10 days for delivery, as each print is individually produced after your order is placed. Where a framed print is ordered, each frame is also individually made to fit your artwork perfectly. This ensures your piece is freshly produced using premium materials, carefully checked for quality, and beautifully packaged before making its way to you.
