Shipping & Refund Policy
Free shipping on original artwork within the UK.
I aim to dispatch original art within 3 business days, via Royal Mail, tracked with signature.
Art will be packaged securely to protect it in transit.
My wish is for you to be completely satisfied. If you aren't happy, then you are welcome to return it. You, the buyer, are responsible for the return postage costs. I will process a full refund of the cost of the painting via your original payment method, providing the painting is returned in the same packaging, and returned safely with tracking and insurance. I make this offer for 14 days from your receipt of the painting. You have 14 days to contact me, and to arrange to ship the work back to me. Please use the contact form to get in touch with me.
In the unlikely event that the painting arrives to you damaged, please photograph it and contact me within 24 hours via email at info@rebeccaritchie.co.uk so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If issues are reported after 24 hours replacements may not be possible.

These are made to order and cannot be returned. However in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged in any way, please photograph the damage and send it to me via email at info@rebeccaritchie.co.uk and I will arrange a replacement.
There are no returns on sale or discounted items.
