What kind of prints do you make?

Each edition is a giclée print produced on museum-grade fine art paper using archival inks, for exceptional colour accuracy and longevity. Every print is individually produced to order, hand-signed, numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

What does “limited edition” mean?

Each print is part of a strictly limited edition — the size of which varies by painting and by print size. Once an edition sells out, it is not reprinted. The edition size is shown on each product page.

Do the prints come framed?

Prints are available unframed or in a handmade box frame, crafted to gallery standards, in black or white. Each frame is made individually to fit the print. Framed editions allow up to 14 days for delivery; unframed editions allow 7–10 days.

How will my order be packaged?

Every print is carefully checked for quality and securely packaged before dispatch. Framed editions are packaged to gallery standards for safe delivery.

Are original paintings available to buy?

A small number of originals become available each year, and they tend to sell quickly. Subscribers to the private list receive 24-hour early access before originals go live to the public. You can join the list at the bottom of this page.

What is your returns policy?

Prints are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email info@RebeccaRitchie.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. Issues reported after 24 hours may not be possible to resolve. There are no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and JCB.
